How to Create Professional T-Branches Step-by-Step
Drill: Drill precise pilot hole into the main pipe using UNIDRILL Automatic without a center punch; the drill stop prevents perforation of the inner pipe wall.
Insert & Secure: Insert the extractor hook into the drilled hole and screw the extractor bell firmly against the outer wall.
Extract: Using the ratchet, turn the extractor body to the left to extract the branch neck, ensuring the double V-block is seated securely for an exact 90° angle.
Set Insertion Depth: After extraction, mark and set the correct pipe insertion depth using the extractor cam pincer.
Calibrate: Calibrate the branch pipe using UNIDRILL Automatic so the inserted branch fits perfectly into the extracted socket.
